Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue Drive Channel not Working

When I engage the "channel select" button, the red led comes on, both the master & drive volume work, the normal volume is diabled but it doesn't get 'dirty", it just stays clean.

I've ran the 12ax7s thru a tube tester and they all test fine. The area around the 2 watt resistors are not showing any browning. What components (list by number on schematic) are most likely the problem?

Sorry, I thought starting a new post would eliminate the confusion I caused by initially providing the incorrect model. I'm responding back to the original post. Thanks for your con'td assist. I'm not sure how to delete this post.
