Fender Super Sonic 60 early breakup

I’ve got a Super Sonic 60 I’ve done a tone mod too, I’ve gotten the brightness down but now it breaks up way too early.
I’ve tried new tubes, power and pre, all voltages are good, plates and grids look good on scope, speaker is good, I’m just at a loss.

I performed Step 1 and then

Removed C7 altogether

0.001uf for C11, R22 is 680k

C90 is 0.01uf, R160 is 3.9k

R150 is 15k, R151 is 47k

I used the values in this schematic and it was still really bright.
