I have made a formal request to them for a copy of the Declaration of CE Conformity which they are legally obligated to have and provide on request. It seems I have a moral obligation to follow this through.

I am not sure if they have to. IIRC, European Legislation only requires that "The EU declaration of conformity must be made available to the surveillance authority upon request."

at most spot setting it produces a very bright ~1 ft square beam at 5 ft, you can actually see the details of the Cree LED die


at its most flood setting its a nice homogeneous circle of light 6' in dia. at 5 ft


about 6k color temp and solidly built of machined aluminum, other Boruit a bit brighter but I prefer this little guy
if you set it at "high" setting it remains there when next turned on; you can completely avoid the bothersome strobe and SOS settings.

Battery is passable and chargers are included for $23

Jeez! That spot setting is intense. Don't look at anything too shiny like that or you'll put your eye out, lazer head.
