Good place to buy obsolete semiconductors?

So far I've had good luck buying stuff from sellers on eBay.

Also found great stuff in old test equipment, like a bunch of Germanium transistors I used to build a bunch of fuzz pedals.

I have boxes of boards and parts I've saved.
