Mesa Triaxis B/M/T controls have no effect

Hi guys.

I have a V1 triaxis and when I powered it on today I noticed the bass mid & treble controls had no effect.

I did a quick Google and saw that the ldrs may need calibrating.

I put the triaxis in calibration mode as the instructions specified but the presence readout was 9 rather than 5 like the instructions said and also the loop wasn't on as it should be.

I figured maybe the instructions were for the v2 triaxis and there may be slight differences so continued on.

On the first step to set the mid control the reading was 980k (meant to be 33k)
So I tried to adjust tp6 and either way makes no difference to the reading.

Could the trimpot be bust or do you think the vtl5c4/2 has failed?

I've removed the pot abs tested it and it is functioning fine so I'm going to suspect the vtl5c4/2.

Everything else is functioning fine on the amp just those three controls.
