Bugera 333xl no relays actuating

Hey guys and gals.... I have a Bugera 333xl on the bench....I'm about to go deep into it... suspect the +15 volt regulator out... the 7805 5 volt regulator on the BDM1 digital board has nothing going into it... if its the regulators, GREAT! I have those in abundance....BUT! If it's the BDM1 board, does anybody know where to get one of those at a fairly reasonable price? I found a spot called Full Compass online but last week they wanted $45... this week they want $51 for one and they are out of stock.... I am trying to contact Bugera but their site keeps taking me to some damn "music tribe" bullshit.. lol! Any help will be greatly appreciated...
