Yes, and apologies that I didn't indicate it was an equivalent circuit and caused some confusion. I had one foot out the door when I posted that, so I was in a hurry to get somewhere. I wanted to include the post so that it might be of help over the weekend.

The transformer was proven good with tests, so it had to be something shorted after the secondary. Glad you found it!
