Hard time finding a replacement transistor from part #

I had a hard time finding a replacement transistor part for my washer MCU board. I cant seem to any info on the part # I decided to check on here . The part says KOGNGO GBF513 on it. Thanks for any info

Are you sure it’s a transistor and not an SCR or a TRIAC or something? If it’s an in house number identifying a replacement may be difficult. Normally appliances are “board level” servicing. Plug the model number into a appliance parts store website and search for the board. It may be cost less than your time. You will not find a schematic.. just a block diagram..
