    Then from these readings, I'd say that C37 is ok, and that R64 is wide open.

    Replace R64 and you should be getting a voltage reading of about 300Vdc at TP30.

      Ok guys, I'm going to replace R64 with a 68k resistor (same value) of 1 watt... I'll let you know what the outcome is... Thanks again!

        For anyone who's interested; After I posted (2 posts back) I decided to try to find the manufacturer... All I remembered was that it came from a company in Arizona. After a short "surf" I found it... http://www.circuitspecialists.com/prod.itml/icOid/7760 In addition to getting a nice soldering station (the one pictured in the link) I also recieved the free gift... Aha...that's where that DMM came from I think I got some other stuff too, but it's probably buried in my studio somewhere...

          Ok, so I replaced R64 last night with a 1watt 68k..........
          Success!!! The Vibrato is back! Thanks So much for all your help. You guys are awesome!
