just got a new hiwatt and I need help!!!

just bought a new DR103 and after only playing it a couple of hours, I noticed the volume drop for a second and then return to normal, it did it to me a couple of times in the two hours I was playing the amp... everything seemed to be in order as far as tubes etc, anyone have an idea what might be going on?

You could try reseating all of your tubes, maybe even cleaning the sockets with contact cleaner. Or else, you could take it back to the dealer, since I assume it is under warranty. That's what I would do.
