  • twin reverb trem not working

    hi guys.. i got twin reverb 100watt with the trem still not working ,after changing most of the coupliing caps/filter caps here and there...

    Not trying to make anyone look bad but is the reverb/vibrato pedal plugged in? The vibrato oscillator is off without the RCA jack center pin grounded to the chassis.
    If so, and you have a good tube in the vibrato preamp tube socket and it's cathode bypass caps are new, the most likely candidate is the LDR bug itself.

      As soon as I saw the title, I though, "is the footswitch plugged in?"

      In the Fender, the reverb footswitch turns the reverb OFF, but the tremolo footswitch turns the trem ON.
      Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

        yeah... thanks for the answers guys.. really appreaciate that...

        yes. the footswitch is not plugged in,

        RCA jack center pin grounded to the chassis.--nope.. didnt have the footswitch or rca jack.. so most probbly i'll try to solder it direct ground..
