Crate XT120R "high" pot problem

This amp's "high" pot on the clean channel abruptly drops in volume if the high pot is below 12 o'clock. If I wiggle the pot there's no effect on the problem. I'm thinking of contacting crate for a replacement... its those mini pcb mount pots and is 10k. I also do not have a schematic for this so if anyone does I'd love a copy... it could be something else in the "high" circuitry, anyone?

Pull the pot and measure it with an ohm meter.

I've had good luck lately getting info for Crate and other Loud Technology stuff. got an answer about a Crate product withn a few days.
