What exactly does the name say on the front panel?

Does it have two jacks on the left and six in a row on the right along the panel?

yup

all behold enzo the legend, cherers mate, scematics right on the mark. yep its the one your thinking of enzo, 2 on left, 6 on right, its been well used, input jacks are a little worn, any chance of exchanging the effect loop jack inputs to the guitar jack inputs? ive resolderd main caps, 20mv on each speaker output, sound seems more bassier when chorus activated, but no effect. chorud led pulsates when activated. both speakers work, thank you a great deal for the scematics, be grateful for any point to point or componant checks you think i might need to do!!
