EH BassBalls problem

My colleague asked me to fix his BassBalls effect (Electro Harmonix), which works correctly when supplied from a battery but does not work with external power supply. I checked that that this is not a problem of the power supply socket but it is rather related to SMD component (SOT-23-3 package type) with "A6t" symbol on it. Can anyone verify what exactly it is? It seems that this is a diode similar to BAT54 Schotky diode.

OK, I found here: http://www.tkb-4u.com/code/smdcode/smdcodeA.php that "At6" symbol corresponds to BAS16 diode from Philips, which leaded equivalent is 1N4148. This solves the problem.
