  • Multicap sources?

I'm looking for a multi-cap with four 20uF, 450V+ caps in it. I found one on Fliptops, but I like being able to check other resources (let alone see a data sheet). Does anybody have a good parts resource that sells these, and any information on current manufacturers? Thanks!

Weber VST: https://taweber.powweb.com/store/capord.htm Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the multi cap cans.

Ah, cool - another variety. Does anybody have any experience with the Weber caps vs. the other type I'm finding (CE Manufacturing)?

I have been using CE Mfg. can caps extensively with no issues whatsoever.

I've used both and both work fine. Both will mount up with no issues, both provide the filtering needed with no issues. There were a lot of complaints about the CE units when they fist started making them, but they seem to have worked out whatever issues they had and everyone seems satisfied with them now.

The CE cap looks more original in many amps, the Weber is a very cool blue color that looks sharp on the chassis.
