  • Kendrick brand capacitors

Does anyone know who manufacturer's Kendrick brand electrolytic capacitors? Do you have any experience with them? Are they good quality? Thanks,

Are you into replacing them or have been offered a lot?

IF they are too old (>20 years) and even more if they show bulging or leaking by all means replace them with current commercial ones, no need for Mojo or exotics.

IF you were offered some, IŽd pass, and buy fresh electrolytics from a reputable supplier (Mouser, Digikey, etc.)

IF you want to go capacitor rolling to "improve sound", forget it,it does not work that way.

Looks like Kendrick re badge other manufacturers components. The 'factory' only mentions amplifiers, not the manufacturing of components. You coud always ask them.

If you can't fix it, I probably can.

Certainly, no Amp factory and even less a small, boutique type one, will manufacture own capacitors.

Best case, will order, say, 1000 unit batches to be able to get custom labels, but nothing fancier.

What Juan said ^^^. Note Ceria has their own line of "Holy Grail" capacitors used in their amp builds. Veteran amp modder Dan Torres sold his house-branded line of orange drops. "Everybody's doing it now!"
This isn't the future I signed up for.

I don't know about his caps one way or the other, but given his history, I would be highly dubious of any claim coming from that snake oil salesman.
It's weird, because it WAS working fine.....
