Marshall DSl 401 power tubes not lighting up

So I found bad solder joints at W19, D2, and F4. After addressing that, the tubes came back on but the sound was very faint. After about 10-15 minutes the power tube furthest( V8 i think ) from the power transformer started red plating and smoke was coming from around the power transformer.
