I have a Hughes and Kettner Matrix 100 head plugged into a H&K cabinet and the input jack got jostled and bent it inside the jack plate so it doesn't work anymore. Can I purchase a new jack plate and replace it even if it isn't Hughes & Kettner brand? Is there a compatibility standard that I should look out for?

It will be a proprietory brad; Neutrik, Switchcraft, Cliff etc. Take the old one out, take a look on RS.com or Farnell etc and find one that looks and measures the same.
https://uk.rs-online.com/web/c/conne...964,4294431974 will give you an idea.
Hope that helps.Support for Fender, Laney, Marshall, Mesa, VOX and many more. https://jonsnell.co.uk
If you can't fix it, I probably can.

It could be the amp input. When I read the OP, I got the impression the broken jack was on the speaker cabinet, but that was merely an assumption on my part.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

If it is the back plate in a speaker cabinet, here are many;
