That pink wire running up into the doghouse is factory and is supposed to be there. All these Bassman100 amps have that.
Someone told me what it was for and it made sense but I have long forgotten. I think it was for a test point of some sorts?!! But Yup I have seen that before on three of these amps. It was orig. Red but fades to pink. I removed it from the first two amps I had with this wire.
