B.K. Butler/Tubeworks MV-962 input jacks

I have one that needs new input jacks. 2 of the 4 are 2 terminal and 2 are switching 3 terminal. Anybody know where I can get these? I don't think a Schematic is available either....Thanks!

They look like regular vertical PCB mount box jacks. Do these measure up;

Unwanted contacts can easily be removed - bend the tab out of the way and pull out the contact

Yes, I believe these can work. The originals have fork style ends that are soldered to the PCB, but I can make these work. Thank You Mick.
