Vintage Kustom 200 B Head Questions

I have yet to find a power supply schematic. Can anyone tell me the proper power supply fuse for this amp?

Also this amp has a background hiss-white-noise, independent of volume settings or input signal. My vintage Kustom 250-1 head also did this. Do they all do this?

Shows a 3A fuse.

I just restored a K200 B1. I ended up changing all preamp transistors on one channel, and the second channel had all original transistors besides one. The channel with new transistors was much quieter, but the hiss wasn't too bad with the originals.
