Yikes. Nothing else connected to the load is grounded?

Well, my digital mixer arrives in June, so I'll see if the subwoofer is fit for purpose, and will revisit then.

Hi guys! I have the same problem downunder in Adelaide Australia. My problem was the Power Module on the JBL EON 518S blew after someone borrowed it. So I ordered in a new Power Module for $470AUD. Installed it and it went POP also. After 2 weeks of depression I still have this JBL Sub out of order and would love to get it pumping again. How did the cheap amazon retro fit workout? If its a winner I might try it myself. Otherwise there is this option from LASE https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/25629888...mis&media=COPY

I bought a LASE backplate replacement for another PA speaker (don't remember which), and found it to be well built and a good value.
