  • Fender Rumble 100 Extension Speaker

How do I add an extension speaker jack to a Fender Rumble 100 for a JBL 16ohm D140.

If one wasn't provided, then the amp was designed to work only into the cabinet speaker.

If you add an extension speaker jack, you risk blowing up the power amplifier unless you wire it to disconnect the cabinet speaker when using the extension jack.

.... and if you don't know how to wire the jack, you risk blowing it up even if someone gives you the instructions.

Yea. Even if you did hook up a 16 ohm speaker, you'd only get about 25 watts through it. Not enough output from that to keep up with the internal 4 ohm speaker. Also, if you disconnected the internal spealker you'd still only get about 25 watts from the 16 ohm JBL. Maybe you could find a slave amp to run the jerbal with.
