Behringer DX3216 Display

I repaired a couple problems with this digital board that has a few threads here.

The display went dim after that so I replaced the four 10uf caps on the display board so the brightness is back.
The display is fuzzy though.
Not all segments there.

Anyone remember where/if there was a solution for this?
I'll keep weeding through all the threads, there are several.
Unless one of the caps I threw in temporarily is flaky.
The power supply is actually ok.
I took it to work, tested all the supplies which were good with no ripple or bad caps.
