Marshall JVM 410c Problem

My Marshall JVM 410c is Broken. I do not know what is wrong, but basically there is no noise floor and no signal from the Guitar. The only noise that you'd hear when turning is a very quiet electrical hum.
All help is Appreciated in fixing it.

Are you conversant with electronics, high voltages and safety.
Are there any signs of life ... valves lit up etc?
Have you checked the six fuses?
Have you measured for any voltages?
