    No they are all 12AX7's per customer request. V2 plates are 208 pin 1 and 214v pin 6. Heaters are 6.6vAC

      Those Voltages look good so that's not the issue.
      WARNING! Musical Instrument amplifiers contain lethal voltages and can retain them even when unplugged. Refer service to qualified personnel.

        I did some more socket cleaning and replaced the grid wire for pin 7 and we are down to 9mv. I think I am going to call this one good.
