Sourcing part - Traynor YBA1A circuit breaker

So I was checking all the AC wiring and connections points coming into this Traynor YBA-1A and noticed some unusual resistance. I tracked the cause of this resistance down to the circuit breaker. If I wiggle the connection point on the breaker it will trigger increases in resistance. I cleaned it and got some improvement but it is still not dependable. So now I am sourcing a replacement for it.

On the sticker inside the amp it states “3 amp circuit breaker 1.95 amp hold”. Just wondering if anyone can suggest a good replacement for this part? Perhaps it’s as simple as this one on Amazon? I am sure someone has dealt with these here on the site before and can steer me in the right direction. Thanks.

That looks like the same part I have in mine; I bought it off the shelf locally. Has worked fine for years now,

I think as this item is a safety item that I would trust a Schurter, not a Chinesium knock off.

I replace those with fuses. Works everywhere else - sort of - so why not here? Never did trust those "pops up when done" circus breakers.

I agree with this but the item linked in post #1 (Philmore breaker) is not that. And has all approvals.

I would normally just drill the hole larger and put a fuse holder in this sucker. In this case we don't want to alter the appearance of the amp. I appreciate the advise given very much, thanks.

Used in a lot of military equipment instead of fuses. Maybe not that particular Philmore brand.
