Sometimes it is hard to see if the heaters are lit up or not. I think you will find it still looks like V1 & V2 heaters are not lit, although they must be or you would not have got signal out of the FX send.
V3 is after the FX return so it makes sense that V3 socket solder was responsible. May have been heaters, or some other pins.
