    Update:

    I replaced the 20k with a 2.6k and ended up with some odd results (go figure). My plate voltage went to 537, screens 507 and two different current readings on the pairs. One pair of 6L6s in this is old, the other is new. The old pair read 69ma (up from 13) and the new pair read 46ma. Obviously too high.

    So I went to a 10K resistor and have what I think is a good balance for this amp. My plate voltage is 546, screens 463 and the currents are 29 & 30ma respectively.
