DRRI question????

I'm getting a popping thing going on the Vibrato channel 1. All other channels work fine. I can wiggle the cable to ge it. The cable is fine I went ahead and resoldered the lugs to the jack but they really looked fine and the problem is still there any ideas before I over think this and fix problems that don't exist? haha

Either the jack is mechanically lunched or theres cracked solder elsewhere that flexing the board causes to make/break the cracked connection. They don't make 'em like they used to.....I have a big problem with FMIC calling all the "re issues" re issues. They're the same only in cosmetics. Circuitry may be the same but its not implemented the same. And you pay the premium ticket on the said "reissue". Anyone else smell marketing at work? I'd get a clone with PTP eyelet board construction and quality parts if I wanted a Deluxe Reverb.....hell of a lot closer to the real deal than anything FMIC can churn out these days.
