Can you pull back and take a photo showing the entire speaker?

25th week of 1976. Rola as Tom said. Possibly from some Ampeg.

Thanks! I did not know that Ampeg used Rolla speakers.

Sometimes they did. The 580151-1 is an Ampeg part number from the VT-22 parts list. The VT22 was the 2 x 12 combo of the V4 120W head. So I'd guess the speaker should be good for 75W or so. Also used in some of their 4 x 12 cabs.
Ampeg recycled the part number depending who was their current supplier, so there are square magnet Eminence speakers with the same 580151-1 stamped on them.
