If it seems like it is getting to full power, then look for a preamp problem. If still seems weak, Q6 is a muting Fet. You can remove it for test purposes.
    Meanwhile, get your snowblower ready.

so it's been a while and I had a bit of a battle with Covid but I am finally getting back to this ampeg. I replaced the bias adjustment pot because it felt kinda sketchy, and adjusted by bias for 5mA across R61 like the instructions say. still didn't seem loud enough so I got some voltage measurements at different points.
      D10 16.4v
      D13 -16.5v
      R50 17.02v
      R42 -17.13v
      C19 37.1v
      BR1 -37.1
      R8 37.4v
      R4 -37.1v
      R34 37.2
      R31 -37.3
now my voltages are fairly consistent but I'm not sure why I am only at 37 instead of 40v, any thoughts.

37 instead of 40? I cannot say it too many times - it is just a guitar amp, not precision gear from a NASA lab. That whole 3v difference is well within 10%. I surely wouldn't worry about it.

If you think the amp is not loud enough, isolate the problem. Play into the amp and run a cord from FX send or preamp out - whatever it has - -to another amp. Is that weak? Likewise, plug signal/guitar into the FX return or power amp in jack. That bypasses the preamp. Does that sound strong?
Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

One thing I really dislike about this amp is that it runs the full power output (100W) through the bypass contact on the headphone CLIFF jack. If you start getting some contact resistance there it will reduce the power to the speaker. Might be worth checking.
