Polytune Mini-Brute II Bias Adjustement

I have a polytune Mini-brute II seems to be overheating.
I think the schematic is as follows:

How can I check the bias setting?

If the output transistors are original place your DVM (millivolt range) between the collector MJ4502 and the collector of MJ802. R17 and R18 in series. No load, No signal.
Adjust R14 to minimum resistance.
Power up the amplifier and set the meter to read between 1.2 and 2.8millivolts.
If the transistor have been changed ... measure the current and adjust the Vbe as required.
