Fender Champion 100 powers on, no sound

This champion 100 has no sound,
Tested with aux in and i have sound. So i know the power amp is working

15V +/- and 3.3v and the 1.2v present on front board
No channel change LED on. Power on LED is on
I have traced the signal to pin 1-2 on IC U7 pin19/20 nothing
I don't have the foot s/w

Is there analogue on pins 1 & 2 of U7.
Is there an output on pin15 (master clock).
Pulses on pin 17.
Is the DSP chip OK ... does the clock run? (pin47) do you get a reset pulse (pin63) at the right time.
etc.
Keep logical and you will find the fault.

Im convinced there is a design flaw on these. I have had a couple of these for repair. All with the same issue. Sometimes it comes and goes.

Nope
