I have just had this amp back again - same problem as last time. One of the 'jumper' wires between the crazy u-shaped boards was broken. So soldered it, it works.
I've read all the older posts about this amp, the horror stories of tube socket pads lifting off etc. In this amp it's the jumper next to the 5 watt resistors in the power supply - too much heat?
Would installing a small fan help this amp to last a little longer? Owner loves the tone, but only when it's working LOL
How about replacing all those jumpers (lost count how many there are) with stranded wire make sense?
I'm pretty sure all you guys have seen this amp before, they must have made a million of them. I understand the new (Chinese) version has gotten rid of that 3 piece board...
    Awaiting your comments...

Whenever I see a Classic 30 or Delta Blues I Look closely at all the jumpers and re-solder any that look questionable. Also re-solder all tube socket pins and look closely at the
jumpers on the tube board supplying filament power. The output tube filaments are wired in series and the jumper connections sometimes crack, Other than that, I don't often find other
    problems with these amps.

Yep, same here. If you're gonna take one of those apart, solder anything that looks suspect. The more times you have to take one apart, the more likely you are to have problems, so be thorough the first time.
