Yamaha yst-sw012 subwoofer no worky

YST-SW012 schematic attached.
Quoting the correct model number and any suffix would have helped, my crystal ball seems a little foggy!
Yes, the first part ot the 4580L appears to be faulty.

Thing is I did quote correct model number (no suffix I could find) and your attachment still shows a 4570 not a 4580. I'll pop a 4588 in just to see if it brings everything up.

Well a njm4558 brought it back to life. Have to look at specs to see if it'll be fine or if I need to get a 4580 to put in.
