Hi guys,
Yes I live in the United States. I’ve checked every outlet in the house. All are properly grounded. I’ve started down the road of complaining to the appropriate entities; still trying to find out who owns the cell tower. It’s also close to an elementary school across the street. If health concerns exist maybe I could get some parents involved. Thanks for all of your input.
