  • Sovtek Mig 50, blown PT replacement

Hi, I need a replacement for the recently blown power transformer of a 90s Sovtek Mig 50. Is there a cheaper choice than the far too expensive MagneticMerc Model?
    Thanks for hints & help

My starting point for transformers is Hammond. Good quality / price. No idea which model but guessing this amp is similar to marshall so should be options.

To ENZO Forum: RIP Enzo, you were a reliable, solid, humourous human lighthouse in the dark seas of tube‘n amp weirdness. We miss you. Eternal Thanks!

Thanks, I also always tend to use Hammond transformers for best quality and Price, but for this amp I need a PT with the exact B+ voltage and heater specs like the original.

What is special about this PT?

          Is there a schematic?
