  • Headstrong Vibroverb difference between 2 channels

This amp is a replica of the fender 6g16.

It was having a crackling noise that came from a leaking cap that was puting voltage on the grid of V3 (reverb). This is already fixed.

But the normal channel is stronger, has more gain, than the bright channel.
Is this normal, or should they be equal in terms of gain?

The test signals from the Fender 63 Vibroverb RI schematic indicate a 30% lower sensitivity for the bright channel.

      Thanks for this schematic.

I remember to measure the signal at TP14 and the signal was weaker than that value, but TP13 was closer to the value of the schematic.
