    Hi,
I’m working on one of these and I’m going to change the power tube sockets as well as the tubes. While doing this, I was also thinking of changing out the 3kv ceramic disc caps on the plate to the cathode because I had one bad tube arc, not exactly sure which one it was, but thought it might be a good idea to start fresh. The question I have is that this cap is 152k 3kv cap but it looks like the schematic says 1800pf. The 1500pf caps are hard to come by, so I’m wonder if the 1800pf will be ok?

    Thanks

Yes, 1800pf will be just fine, although I doubt it's necessary to change them at all. If a tube arced, current wouldn't be through the cap.
