Boss Katana, dead PT

AC goes in, but no voltage at all comes out of this PT, from a Katana 100 Mk II. Any change there's a thermal fuse in there that I can fix?

You checked for voltage, but does the primary measure open for resistance?

I think the standard response is that PT repair is verboten.
