Gli pro xa2200 amplifier

Trying to fix a gli pro xa2200 amplifier which powers on but has no output audio change a few bad resistors and transistors but not getting a 12v at the dpdt relay needed to switch it on. A votage regulator has the right input 14 to 3ov an 12v output rated value. Can't find a schematic or service manual online and i can't figure out why am not getting the 12v needed to switch the relay on. Your kind suggested fix are welcome. Thank you

I would contact the suppliers and request a service manual/schematic as I doubt there will be one available on the interweb due to the manufacturer.
If under warranty, I would return it for replacement.

I think you must be talking about a protection relay as you said that it powers on. Many reasons for a protection relay to not turn on, usually a fault in the power amp.
