Behringer Europower pmp1680s noise on top of signal

i have a Behringer Europower pmp1680s noise on top of signal Its weird included video.
There is no DC on the outputs.
I'm thinking filtering from the power supply but not sure.

What sort of noise ... hum ... hiss ... parasitic?

Almost sounds like hash , sounds digital . I'll see if I can get a scope picture. Reason I used google drive was video was 9.8megs max upload limit here is 9megs.

Where are you looking to see the noise?
Can you trace it back before the power amps?
Can you pin point the source?
Yes, it could be a noisy rail.

I'm finding it on all outputs(monitor out, FX out, tape out).
IDK if I'm overlooking it or what but I'm not seeing the power supply section in the service manual.
