The new soundbar does not work, there is no guarantee. I'm trying to do it. According to reviews, this is a common reason for this model. Maybe someone who has already encountered it tells which element does not work

Frogot, you seem to have posted this question on many sites. I would contact Samsung.

If you have uploaded and installed the wrong version of firmware, time to replace the soundbar as the PROM will be corrupt. They are not expensive or book it in for service with a Samsung dealer; https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/service-centre/ they may replace the main board for you if you cannot purchase a good board through Fleabay or Amazinon etc.

The service center returned the soundbar with the words that they could not identify the problem.

updated with official firmware from the site. If there is a dump, I'll try to roll back
