Spider IV 75 Smd Electrolytic caps

i have a spider iv 75 had to replace the 6.3 regulator but also need to replace some of the smd caps . As the unit starts up then reboots repeatedly. Some of the ESR's are measuring 4 ohms or higher. I have a screenshot of the some of the parts but wanted help decoding what was on the parts sheet so I can order replacements. I know i can use leaded but want to know how to order what i need in SMD. After SM (i suppose is surface mount) but don't understand the numbers after.

The latter numbers are for the manufacturers reference and bear no consequence on the actual item when sold.
Not sure where you are in the world but as an example,

The numbers after SM are the package dimensions. The first number is the diameter and the second one overall length. The third one looks to be the overall width across the terminals, but some manufacturers specify as the dimension not including terminals.
Take a measurement of a couple of sizes to check. If you can cross-reference the manufacturer they will have a package size table.

Typical SMD case dimensions are;

4x5.4
5x5.4
6.3x5.4
6.3x5.8
6.3x7.7
8x10
10x10

I usually just get out the calipers and measure the original part. Then compare measurements to datasheets of possible replacements.
