Marshall Amplification may be able to help as I believe they own Eden in the UK.
Support for Fender, Laney, Marshall, Mesa, VOX and many more. https://jonsnell.co.uk
If you can't fix it, I probably can.

Finally got the enhance pot replaced. Used a heat gun to remove old pot. Installed new pot. Everything works properly. Noticing that the fan is not coming on and on occasion, throws house breaker, but not blowing any fuses on the amp itself.

Does the house breaker have some kind of GFI or GFCI ground interrupter?
The fan may only run when needed, is the amp getting hot when you test?

Not really getting hot. I just was thinking maybe the fan not working might be somehow causing house breaker to trip. Photo of house breaker attached. It seems to trip after its been on awhile but not exactly sure if that's accurate. Click image for larger version

Couldn't find an owners manual for the 402, but for the WT400, it says the fan only comes on when the unit is working hard and gets hot.
That breaker has an Arc Fault Interrupter so there may be a loose connection in the primary wiring of the amp. That would trigger the breaker but so would an over-current situation. Do you have a way to monitor the line current to the amp? If so, see if there are any current spikes when the breaker pops.
