Pedal problems

I have a Gyuatone Jet Flanger PH18 from the-80's That pedal suddenly died, I have checked all solderings cable's etc and tried both batteries and external PSU. The Led is indicating that the on/off is ok but it is completely dead regardless what mode it is in. I have tried to find a schematic but no luck. I suspect something early in input chain is damaged since absoluetly nothing come's out, I have checked internal voltages and they seem's to be ok.

I would really like to get some tip's from a clever person, I like this pedal.

They were very helpful and provided me with a schematic for an old Guyatone tremelo pedal.
