      In my experience, the ceramic socket tolerances are just loose enough to insert a tube incorrectly and why I avoid them. YMMV. Surprisingly the tubes still test fine, but I'm not going to chance it

        Well tell the customer Chuck said they shouldn't be trusted to remove and insert tubes anymore.
