I have a Fender Princeton Chorus red knobs. It has 2 inputs that will each work but if I plug in two instruments at once I get no sound. What the heck? Help.

The inputs are parallel into the same first amplifier stage. They aren't actually two separate channels. So if one instrument is turned down that load will affect the other instrument. This applies to partial volume settings as well. The different instrument volumes will be interactive with each other."Take two placebos, works twice as well." Enzo

These amps use the 9 pin fender jacks which have a lot of switching going on. Likely one or both of them needs replacement.
The stereo loop 'Send' jack is also 9pin but does not need the swtiches, so you can probably swap it with one of the input jacks if you can identify whether it is input #1 or #2 that is causing the issue.Originally posted by Enzo
