Ampeg PF500

Got a PF500 (rev J) on the bench here - initially it was going into fault mode when powered up.
Found the IRFB4227s were shorted, so replaced those, as well as the IRS20957S.
Powered it up and its no longer in fault mode - however its now clipping on side of the output HARD.
All voltage rails are present in the pre and power amp
anything else I should be checking?

Will be away from computer till early next week so may not be able to reply till then..

I would replace the driver/clipper transistors otherwise one side won't switch off properly. They are likely to be damaged saving the IRS20957 (that was probably perfectly fine).
